GALVESTON, Texas – Two people were killed and several others were injured in a shooting at a house party in Galveston early Sunday morning, according to police.
The shooting occurred around 1:20 AM in the 4000 block of Mendocino Drive in the Pointe San Luis subdivision. Police received multiple calls about several gunshot victims.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found two men who had been shot and killed. Several other people were also injured by gunfire, but their injuries were not life-threatening.
Police have not released the names of the victims or the suspected shooter. However, they say that several partygoers have identified a possible suspect.
