Kid Cudi delays “Insano” album to January 2024, pleads fans to stop asking about “Solo Dolo Pt. 4” collab.
Kid Cudi has announced that his upcoming album, “Insano,” will be delayed until January 2024. The album was originally scheduled to be released in September 2023.
In a post on social media, Cudi said that he needed more time to perfect the album. He also asked fans to stop asking him about his collaboration with Playboi Carti, “Solo Dolo Pt. 4.”
“I’m not dropping ‘Solo Dolo Pt. 4,'” Cudi said. “Forget it exists in your minds.”
Cudi also shared the official cover art for “Insano.” The artwork is a vibrant painting by KAWS titled “IT TAKES WHAT IT NEEDS.”
The album is said to be a departure from Cudi’s previous work, and will feature a more experimental sound. Cudi has said that he is influenced by artists such as David Bowie and Prince.
“Insano” is Cudi’s ninth studio album. His most recent album, “Entergalactic,” was released in September 2022.
