A man was shot in the stomach early Sunday morning after a disturbance at a club in Harris County, according to the sheriff’s office.
The shooting occurred around 1:55 AM in the 5100 block of the East Sam Houston Parkway N. Deputies responded to the scene and found the man with a gunshot wound to the stomach. He was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition.
The sheriff’s office said the incident began as a disturbance between two parties inside the club. Everyone was asked to leave, but the disturbance continued outside in the parking lot. The shooting occurred at some point during the disturbance.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
